What happens when you arrive?
There is no conveyor-belt treatment at Hope Holistics.
We start with a conversation about how you’re feeling and what your body needs that day.
You might arrive wanting your shoulders worked on and realise what you actually need is a slower, gentler treatment.
You might need lymphatic work.
You might want your scalp massaged and absolutely nobody to speak to you for an hour. 😂
That’s okay too.
The treatment is built around the person who walks through the door that day — not simply the name of the appointment you booked.

Your appointment includes approximately 75 minutes of personalised hands-on treatment, followed by time to settle, breathe and gently come back into your day.
There’s no rushing you off the bed and straight back into real life.
