The Online Energy Reset is a live, one-to-one experience for women who need space to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves. From the comfort of your own home, we’ll begin with the Say It Out Loud Method, creating space for you to be heard before anything else. Your session is then guided by what you need, incorporating distance Reiki and personalised guidance, before gently bringing you back into your day feeling calmer, lighter and more like yourself again.
